Dr. Sreepathy Kannan, MD

Saw Dr. Kannan in hospital for seizures. Had EEG and have never been able to get results of test. Told to follow up with Dr. after discharge. Staff was very uncooperative in trying to schedule an appointment because I am a very new employee at a company and don't yet have my insurance card, even though I have the information on the member and group numbers.

Dr may know wht's best for a patient as far as medication, but following up wth patients for results of any test or MRI is non existing. Never get a call back or gotta wait mths to get a follow up appointment just doesn't sit right with me. Im involved in every aspect of my teens care having M.S... Staffing ask why do I need a follow up, and respond that Dr will call if he see's a need too. Well he has never called about any results good or bad..

We have called the office for 5 days in a row multiple times a day asking for my fathers results for brain mri with no response. Any medical professional should be able to empathize with a patients worry, and in this case the lack of urgency is just appalling.

A few years ago my mother was suddenly in emergency with a pain so strong that it was temporarily stopping her her heart for up to ten seconds. The hospital's neurologist told us it was all in our mother's head, so luckily our primary doctor called in Dr Kannon, and he properly diagnosed her with a unique condition. After his recommended medication was given, her symptoms immediately ceased. Without the great expertise and knowledge of this amazing doctor, my mother would have literally died. She is still alive to this day. She is now 83 years old thanks to Dr. Kannon. God bless him?

Dr Kannan is a great doctor ! He will tell you straight up how it is and not sugar code anything. The staff is amazing and very polite. The wait was a bit long but understandable. Dr is one man ! I’ve suffered with migraines for 3 years and Dr prescribed me a medication and made sure the insurance was able to cover so I can get my meds. Thank you dr.

Doctor, I was refered to you by Dr. Georgeos Karanastasis. I have had hypersalivation for 8 months and nothing works. I tried several medications. This is driving me crazy. I have spinal Arachnoiditis with a spinal cord stimulator. I've had two level fusions to L4-5 and L5-1. I also have two titanium hips, a titanium knee and a revesal right shoulder. Can you help me? I am taking another med now, but if it doesn't work I'll make an appointment to see you.

What a kind, caring, knowledgeable, Doctor he is. I would recommend him in an instant. Office staff was kind and caring as well. Great experience.

This Monday I had an appointment with Dr Kannon. I arrrived at 3:00 for a 3:15 appointment.,. I waqs feeling bas as I just got out of the hospital. There were patients there who did'nt have an appointment trying to see the doctor between appointments. After waiting for over an hour a pati3ent wqas callled back which I thought had not been waiting that long. I wasn't sure. The next patient called back had only been waiting about five minutes. I brought this up to the receptionist and she indicated they forgot me,, and would tell the nurse when she was free. I waited another five minutes realizing the doctoer was going to see at least two more patience befor me, I cancelled my appointment and left as I was feeling pretty bad.

Dr Kannan is a great doctor. I knew when I first met him, I wanted him as my neurologist. I am happy that now is my neurologist.

Dr didn't listen to symptoms. Told me my pain wasn't from my MRI diagnosis, but didn't know why I have the pain and numbness. Only wanted to prescribe meds. Couldn't tell me what the meds were going to be prescribed for. Also, gave misinformation on my condition. I don't want to mask the symtoms. I want a reason for my symptoms. (I know this is wrong, because my family member has had this same disorder). I walked out of the appt. IRROGANT!
