Dr followed up and even called me herself to go over results of test.

We are very glad that we chose Dr.Bonam to treat my father's health problems. Dr.Bonam was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose my father's kidney problems. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctor. Office staff were very friendly during our visits.

This is the worst experience we have ever had with a doctor. They really need to reevaluate the way they treat patients and get their act together. First of all,the doctor is never there when you call. She has what we used to call banker's hours. Never there and never returns your calls. Second of all, twice she authorized prescriptions for blood work with INCORRECT codes. And just recently when my husband had an emergency and needed a catheter her office was closed at 4 PM!! And there was no one there to direct us or advise us what to do or where to go. Time for a new doctor and that is just what we are going to do. I always said if you want great medical care go to NYC. I was right. This would never be considered acceptable in NYC but here in Rockland it seems to be okay. Forget it. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Bonam is the Lab Doctor for Renal Consultants, Weiss Dialysis and GSH (hospital).She responds to problems almost immediately.Listening to patients above excellent.
