Dr. Srilakshmi Mukalla

Have been very pleased with Dr. Mukalla's attention to both me and my husband's health since we started with her several years ago. She is patient, kind and listens to our needs.

One of the best physician experiences I have had. Appointments are not rushed and she takes her time answering any questions or concerns I have...even though I'm the type of person that often has so many questions. A very professional physician.

Dr. Mukalla repeated attempted to dismiss my symptoms based on the results of the diagnostic testing and tell me I was 'fine' even though I had come to her office complaining of poor health. As test cannot tell you what a patient is feeling. It is only an inidicator of the likeliness of the cause. She also had a habit of speaking in doctor language and not explaining herself in non-medical terms. She was very dismissive to me when I had questions and after pushing her on this issue she admitted that she did not know the answers and would have to look them up. I took this as she dismissed my concerns regarding my health because she did not want to admit she did not know the answers and did not want to take the additional time to look up answers for me. I believe she has very poor patient skills, which is a shame as shes seemed to do a great job reading my diagnostic testing, but as I found out from experience this does not make a good doctor.
