Dr. Srujani Gaddam, MD

Dr. Gaddam is a good doctor, but her staff is incompetent. Every time I have to ask for prescription refills she has her staff send the prescriptions to my pharmacy and they change the amount I've been getting, they change how they write the prescription, they leave off the directions, amount of drug needed etc., so my insurance won't fill the prescriptions because they're wrong and they just don't understand why. I'm diabetic and I need my prescriptions to be written correctly and not changed to how that staff member feels it should be written. I've never had problems with getting my prescriptions written correctly in the past with my previous doctor, but had to change doctors when I switched insurance. I'll be changing doctors again because of her incompetent staff that has no clue how to write prescriptions correctly and it's sad that the pharmacy has to call them to tell them to send a corrected prescription and sometimes the pharmacist has to tell them how to write it, cause the… one they sent wasn't written correctly. The staff at the Dylan Loren Circle office is horrible.

Beautiful office, convenient location. She's a popular doctor in the Pine Hills area, Walk-in are allowed this is very helpful .I highly recommend this doctor
