Check in was easy. Called into exam room a before appointment time. Dr Arnold showed up within a couple minutes after vitals were taken. Explained everything on labs. Encouraged more weight loss (lost 12# in last 3 months) without being crass. Recommended a med I can eventually get off from.

Dr. Arnold has been my primary care physician for several decades, and I feel extremely fortunate. His breadth of knowledge is extensive, and he quickly diagnoses any issue that I have going on and provides the best treatment. He is very friendly and is always upbeat. And I appreciate the fact that he is a fellow cyclist and is also into staying in great shape. So not only does he treat ailments, but we also have productive talks about overall health and staying active and in good shape. I feel lucky having such a knowledgeable and highly respected internist who is also a fellow athlete. I would recommend doctor Arnold to anyone, whether you are an athlete or not.

Dr. Arnold is fantastic, it takes time to explain questions, quick to get back with any reports, and just a positive physician to work with. The staff was equally kind, happy and smiling. 12/20/23

Nice friendly staff. Dr Arnold explained what the shot was and why I needed it. Quick and efficient in and out within 15-20 minutes

I've never taken the time to write a bad review about anyone, but this doctor's bedside manner and condescending attitude warrants this negative review. He was dismissive and didn't want to be bothered with a few questions about an alternative to the medicine he wanted to prescribe. I'm extremely underweight due to recent undiagnosed nausea and vomiting. When I asked what can I do to gain weight and inquired about an antihistamine that not only helps you sleep at night but is known for weight gain, his flippant response was "Eat." He acted like he had never heard of the medication I was referring to when there's no doubt he knew what it was. I've always recommended Edinger Medical to friends but now I will make sure to say "Don't use Dr. Arnold." He was absolutely rude.

The sarcasm and condescending manner make me change to a different medical group after over 18 years.This is not the first disappointing contact with this doctor. The last contact resulted in a close family member ending up in a life threatening situation.
