Dr. Stanley Cyril Hopkins, MD

Dr Hopkins is a great doctor and a fine man. Have been a patient for 6 years. I have radiation damage and bleeding form my bladder and prostate. He has helped me a lot. Always takes me in immediately if I have issues. He recently performed a new procedure on me which has greatly improved my life.

New patient, only wish I found him sooner, Caring Dr. you are not just a number to the Dr or office. Seems to listen and care about you. Not a big practice with lots of Drs, they know your name when you come in, And they actually answer the phone when you call (imagine no prompts or service or leave a message, unless your calling after hours Even then they call you back fast) If I can give more then 5 stars to the Dr and office staff I would!!!!

While Dr. Hopkins' medical knowledge is certainly vast his practice is horrific. On a recent visit, during the pandemic, after being assured the office was taking precautions, i was greeted by the front office worker with her mask around her neck. I was asked to sign in with a pen that was not sanitized, unlike other offices, and even the UPS center, which offers clean pens. The nurse was not wearing a mask and when i asked her why not she uttered a disconnected string of thoughts "this country..COVID..." I asked her to put one on and she did. The bathroom handle was made of metal, there was no way to sanitize it, no disinfectant wipes, etc. For a practice with older, more vulnerable patients, it was stunning to see the lack of COVID-19 prevention measures.

We have been to the office many times in this past year. The staff and office people are great. Lydia and Florence are helpful, caring, and can make my husband as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. It is very appreciated. Terry and Karene Geoghegan.

Been a patient of Dr Hopkins for the past 15 years. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, considerate with a lot of experience. Has a lot of patience, explains every detail, answers all questions, great doctor, trust him with my health. His staff is very friendly, helpful and curteous. Recommended highly

Worst most uncaring doctor I have ever been to. Terrible bedside manner.

I am not sure what is going on but I will give him the benefit of the doubt. He is a bit on the grumpy side but seems to know what he is doing far different than my previous urologists who was always in a hurry. He was convicted for selling sample drugs but I think he has this behind him
