Dr. Waintraub is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, as well as a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the Bergen County Medical Society. He was named Healthcare Professional of the Year by the ARC in 2004 and has been recognized as a Castle Connolly “Best Doctor” every year since 2001. Dr. Waintraub is the founder of the Post San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium at John …Theurer Cancer Center, which attracts hundreds of participants every year.
