Dr. Stephanie Bays is a lifelong resident of Missouri. She is originally from Bolivar, a small town in Southwest Missouri. She attended college at Central Methodist in Fayette, MO and then went to UHS, now KCUMB, in downtown Kansas City for medical school. Dr. Bays did her residency at Childrens Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO and then worked at CMH Northland Urgent Care for 2-1/2 years before joining Pediatric Care North in 2009. Dr Bays is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She and her husband met again while attending a college friend's wedding. He was her microbiology partner in college. They now live in Gladstone, MO with their three small children. She enjoys reading, knitting and outdoor activities in her free time. Dr. Bays interests are babies, teenagers and orthopedics.
