Dr. Stephanie J. Smith, MD

Stay far away from this “so-called dr.” Previous 3 drs sold out to some multi-million dollar health company, and my treatment plan went down the tubes, because she says its my way or the highway. Why I was stable for 25 years on my drug regimen, and she rips it all away on my first visit. She won’t look you in the eyes, is not people friendly, refuses to listen to patients, and I will NEVER go back to this clinic, even if I am dying. How the hell she became a doctor is beyond all comprehension. She is rude, inpatient, and cares not for the patients she inherited. Stay the hell away from this clinic, unless you like those trigger point/epidural injections - they hand that out like kids candy….STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC

She is cold and doesn’t listen. She turned her phones off at her office for 2 whole entire weeks. Didn’t fill her patients prescriptions at all. Patients could not contact her. I ended up at the emergency room fooling with her. They tried to contact her but couldn’t reach her. My pain pump was empty and I was in horrible extreme pain. My body went through withdrawals. She is nothing like the other doctors that use to be there. NEVER AGSIN WILL I GO THERE AGAIN IN LIFE.

I've been a patient of SIPA for over 6 years. The doctor that I was seeing left and Dr. Stephanie Smith took his place. I get so nervous meeting new doctors but I had no reason to be. Dr. Smith is an amazingly talented and kind doctor. She listened to every word I had to say and never once rushed me out the door. She examined me head to toe and came up with a treatment plan for me. She is incredibly smart and super gentle doing procedures. She is also very funny and her bedside manner is the best I've ever had. I truly believe that she cares for her patients and wants us to have a good quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. Stephanie Smith if you are having chronic pain. I can't wait to see her again at my next appointment. Thank you Dr. Smith for everything you do.

I have seen Dr. Smith 13 years & she’s one of the best of the best!! She listens & knows what to do for you! Very informative about what needs to be done! I love her!!

I was a patient of dr. Smiths at the Gwinnett practice. Once she left the practice, I soon knew I needed to find where she went. She is a Dr. that listens to you , but will order the best treatment plan for you. I now see her in her Buford and Gainesville office. It is hard to find a good doctor. When you do, I suggest you follow them wherever they go. I love her. She has help control my pain.

Hello. I have been a patient of Dr Stephanie Smith for 12 yrs. at Gwinnett Pain Management. She listens to your problems and requests. She will offer different methods of treatment for your chronic pain conditions. She is very professional yet, you feel like a close friend. She's always made me feel comfortable during my procedures with very minimal pain. I will be leaving Gwinnett Pain Management even though it's only 8 minutes from my house to join her at the Burford clinic. I hope Dr. Smith will be happy at her new place of employment! She has got to be the worst doctor that I have ever had to treat me. The title doctor does not fit her and her hypocritical oath must not mean much to her. She has no compassion, no bedside manners, and no feelings for those in pain. She does not share or give you a choice on how to treat your condition, it's her way or no way. If there were any other place to treat my condition I would go there. So please beware if you are looking for someone to treat you DO NOT, and i repeat DO NOT be treated by this woman.

I've been seeing Dr. Stephanie J. Smith for 4 years and she has been an AMAZING doctor to me. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable of her profession and she was able to prescribe medication that helped me walk again. I truly love and appreciate Dr. Stephanie J. Smith for helping me manage the excruciating pain that I have on a daily basis.
