Great Visit

I changed insurances due to a new job and had to find a new primary care physician. This is always a tough decision and I ended up seeing Dr. Stephanie Chu. Everything went well from the get go. The front office staff was very nice and knowledgeable about my insurance. The wait time was far less than I expected and I was actually taken back just a few minutes after my scheduled time. Dr. Chu's MA was wonderful and drew my blood expertly (no small feat as my veins never cooperate). When it came to Dr. Chu's visit, she was wonderful. She listened attentively and took the time to answer all of my questions. She was also knowledgeable about my insurance, regarding what it would and wouldn't cover during my visit. I was thoroughly happy with the practice and with Dr. Chu. I definitely recommend her to anyone interested in a caring and professional doctor.
