Dr. Stephanie Weller Putzier, MD

Dr. Stephanie Putzier is an internal medicine physician who also specializes in hospice and palliative medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed her residency at the United States Naval Medical Center. With 42 years of clinical experience, Dr. Putzier brings extensive expertise to her practice. She is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Dr. Putzier is affiliated with Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato and practices at multiple locations throughout Minnesota, including Mankato and Owatonna. She focuses on caring for patients experiencing weakness and loss of trunk control, as well as those recovering from pelvic fractures. Her treatment approach includes coordinating physical therapy and strength training programs, along with occupational therapy services to help patients regain function and independence.
