Dr. Stephen Cameron Thompson, MD

When I went to the Renown Children’s ER with my child I was lucky to have Dr. Thompson there to see us. My child had a fever, and as a first time mother, this was scary. I was happy that he took the time to explain what a fever is rather than just ordering tests and sending us on our way. My little girl was doing much better the next day. The nursing was wonderful as well.

Excellent physician

I had a horrible experience with this guy, and would definitely not recommend him to anyone. Luckily, I a witness to my treatment, as no one would have believed me. This guy is smug, arrogant, condescending, etc., but I guess his treatment depends upon who you are. Also, if you have never been out of the Reno area, you wouldn't know the difference. Fortunately, I do. Never again!
