Dr. Stephen Kwanbunn Chinn, MD

Unprofessional, uncaring, talks too fast and annoyed if you ask to explain again, accuses you as being “dirty” if you see him for a UTI!! Cocky, insensitive...I can go on and on. I’m done. Going to find me a real doctor!

He has given me extreme care all previous times, but the one I went to last week, he seemed a little rushed and it was obvious. As I left the department and walked back to the parking lot, I passed him as he had just bought lunch at the cafeteria, so I'm guessing he had to get a quick bite and go or do something quick thereafter.

Stepen K. Chinn turned my life into a nightmare. The first operation he forgot what he was doing and cut me in the wrong place. His words" I should of asked but you were already under, haha haha" I was forced to go back to him by my incompetent PCP, he turned an abscess into a fistula. His words after" I don't really do those types of surgeries. When you hear about horrible health care issues in Hawaii, this is the creator. I should of sued him as I had his lies written on paper but guess that is a long term process and I moved off Island. You are better off going to get operated on in a third world country then in the hands of this guy.

Dr. Chinn is an extremely thorough, competent and compassionate physician. He has treated me for over 15 years and diagnosed my prostate cancer. He saved my life.

Dr. Chinn is one of the worst Doctors I have ever encountered. Two visits and we waited at least an hour even though we were on time. When explaining, he would speak so fast that we would have to ask to repeat and when he did do so, he would talk to us as if he were speaking to a young child. I don't understand how he would have anyone come to see him. He's not the only urologist in town.
