Dr. Stephen Robert Judge, MD

He is very patient, explains things very well, and encourages me to take better care of myself. I really like having him as my primary.

I am grateful to have him for my doctor. Never hurries me and takes my concerns seriously. He is very easy to talk to and I can be completely honest with him with no fear of judgement or being dismissive. Very personable.

Dr Judge is the best doctor I have ever seen. Compassionate, personable, thorough, really listens to me and is honest about his process.

He is personable, intelligent, easy to talk to, and makes me feel comfortable despite my natural modesty. I have recommended him to others who now feel the same way. He is easily the best Dr. I have had in over 50 years. He listens thoroughly and I never feel rushed.

The office is fairly well run, and the staff is nice, but be cautious with Dr. Judge. He seems like a nice enough guy; but he's actually an arrogant, condescending know-it-all who will not care about your concerns. He's an apologist for the shockingly inefficient University of Rochester medical monster, and can only function within that system. He's a company man (for those old enough to get *that* reference.) He's yawns through your appointment, and obviously bored by the patient's presence. Like many doctors, sadly, he's a dictator who knows best. On a more positive note, he will recommend tests that you may need; he is not overly conservative about that, as some providers are these days. So overall, he's a very mixed deal. If you have good health, a happy life, and nothing complicating it, he's probbly ok. But, as with all doctors, be vigilant, ask questions, ,and speak up!

What a horrible experience with this Dr. I went to him for several years and never got relief. He has a huge ego and thinks he knows it all. It is very annoying. i finally had to seek help some where else because I just kept getting worst. Stay far away.

Dr. Judge is a fantastic physician! He's very intelligent, thorough and up-to-date on cutting edge medical technology and pharmaceuticals. He's very easy to talk to, spends as much time as you need, is understanding and compassionate. I feel that he is the best internist in Rochester and have referred friends and family to him. Dr. Judge is incredibly smart, direct and caring. He listened to what I had to say & spent a lot of time going over the big picture with me.

Very poor experience with this Dr. If you are going in for a head cold- he might be able to help but anything further- you will remain sick. You have been warned on this one. He believes in dictatorship of care
