If you are looking for a responsive and caring practice, you had better look elsewhere. Although Dr Kucera is a capable practitioner, his office and in particular nurse practitioner, India W. , seem to have graduated from the Marx Bros. School of Medicine. The staff, and in particular, Nurse India W, were totally incapable of correcting a mistake they made and when reiterating the foul up and request for resolution she hung up on me. I was truly shocked! | called after hours for the doctor on call and Most frustrating is the fact that no doctor, ever returned that call. Do your self a favor. Keep away from this practice.

Great experience as a first time colonoscopy patient. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The front desk secretary, nurses, technicians and Dr. Kucera were all very friendly and professional. The anesthesiologist was exceptional! I especially appreciated how Dr. Kucera really took his time to explain what he found. Top notch care! Highly recommend this facility. What a well run operation!!!!!!!!

Dr Kucera was abrupt and did not want to listen. He has a very poor bedside manner, which when you are sick, adds to your stress. I will not return and will find another doctor locally.

My husband just had a colonoscopy and we couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Kucera. After procedure, he was very thorough and had great bedside manner. Would highly recommend him and the surgical staff.

I came in to see Dr Kucera last week. He was rushed and quite unprofessional. He showed no empathy and and did not have the time to listen.

Worst doctor ever. He was on call covering for my doctor. I called 3 times in pain and he never called back. When he finally did he was rude and just said go to the ER. No compassion or bedside manner He needs a new profession. I hope one day he is treated as awful as he treated me!!

Total attitude unprofessional. Totally dismissed complaints never ordered blood work or stool test to find out. She asked if hes had fevers but never checked temperature. Never once touched him with a stethoscope. So i am not happy.

He is very kind and knows his stuff. A very busy doctor but knows what he is doing. Just love him!

After going to multiple doctors and in and out of the ER and hospitals I was sent to Dr Kucera. He discovered my problem and fixed me right up after 5 months of being in excruciating pain.
