Dr. Stephen Kaplani Brady, MD

Most unprofessional practice I've ever experienced. Recently had surgery and needed to follow up post surgery. Dr Brady's office scheduled me for an appointment which was four weeks out. Typically after surgery your follow-up should be two weeks maximum, however I agreed to wait. On the day of my appointment Dr Brady cancelled my appointment citing a clinic emergency. I was told someone would call me back that same day to reschedule. I never received a call back. The following week I called back in to reschedule my appointment. No accommodations were made for Dr Brady's cancellation. I was told the next appointment they'd be willing to see me was another month out. Medical practices aren't exempt from standard business practices as they to are businesses. In any business situation behavior of this is unacceptable and wouldn't be tolerated by any customer. Staff were beyond unwilling to work with me to help expedite an appointment considering they cancelled on me and then didn't… call me back. There are many good doctors on the island, this just isn't one of them. Best to look else where for professional, proper medical treatment.

Been a patient for 10+ years. Very accurate in his diagnosis. Never overprescribes medicine--prefers you try other things before taking meds. Listens well
