Poor follow through, his staff are not helpful or even care that you are waiting on medical reports. Waited three days to get a call back, after making multiple calls. I would never go to him again. He didn't seem to care and lacks any personal touch or good bedside manner. If you got an opinion from him in the past, go get a second one, he screwed mine up.

Took the time to answer all my questions, explained procedure thoroughly and checked on me in person the next morning in the hospital. Wonderful.

Dr. Sachs took the time to answer all my questions from the first visit through my post-operative care. He made me feel like we were collaborating on my care and I felt that he was genuinely interested in my concerns. His staff has always been helpful and courteous.

Dr. Sachs makes his patients pay for procedures before he treats them. I ended up changing doctors. I felt he was more interested in money than his patients' health.
