Dr Stephen Gerard Sisselman

I have been going to his office for at least 2 years. I am not sure how to describe it but in simply words... my experience hasn't been great. He is arrogant, rude, when you ask a question he looks at you at you in a way that makes you feel stupid. If you have a general question about test results of your heart, liver, blood, etc (whatever it may be).. he says " For example: oh, you just have a fatty liver that is what the report says" Then he says: "Yeap that's what it is". You ask him for his input (he has NONE) you are better off googling it as you are not going to get any advise from him. I don't understand why people are doctors if they don't really care about their patients. I also have bad allergies and I have cough attacks from my post nasal drip. He told me that I needed to take my allergy medicine and that it will take care of it. I asked repetitive times "Are you SURE" he stated "Yeah, I just told you it was from your allergies" fast forward one week later, I still have… that cough and it is worse. You can hear my voice raspy, still coughing every time I take a deep breath. I didn't bother asking him about my cough when I saw him again, even though I really need some medication because it is BAD. I just kept quiet as I as I am done hearing nasty replies.

I am so happy I found a new primary care provider. I was with this practice for too long.

He is a great professional service with courteous staff...

The staff here is wonderful. I have had great experience getting referrals quickly and I'm always treated well whether over the phone or in person. The Medical assistants are very knowledgeable and can almost always guess what tests the doctors may order and have them done before the doctirs come in so you can be seen much faster. I usually see the Physicians assistant Amy, she is wonderful. She is very polite and has always helped with any health issue I've had. She has excellent bedside manor and seems to truly care about her patients. I have seen Dr. Stephen Sisselman as well and although slightly lacking in bedside manor he is very knowledgeable and has always given proper diagnosis. Overall an excellent place for any healthcare issue.

I began going to Dr. Sisselman about 10 years ago. He provided me with an accurate diagnosis which led to me having a quadruple bypass. If not for him, I would not be here. He has assisted in keeping my diabetes in check through diet and excessive rather than a handful of pills. He is easy to get in touch with and the staff is always great. As technology moves forward, he is on the cutting edge as far as keeping patients informed and updated. If you're interested in being an active partner in your healthcare, I would recommend him highly.

My husband and I have been going to Sisselman Medical for many years and have no problems at all. They are attentive and thorough.
