We met him at Emory through Dr Kooby. Great Dr. We miss him. Wish we lived closer to continue seeing him. Thank you Sir.

The BEST doctor I have encountered in a lifetime. He was an amazing physician who helped me through a horrible breast cancer surgery and after care. Considerate, a great listener and spends valuable time and goes the extra time for consulting. One of the brightest and very thorough!!

Dr. Szabo is the best doctor on the face of the Earth in my opinion. He has been treating my 29 year old daughter for stage 4b cervical cancer for 9 months. I completely trust this man with my daughter's life. He is VERY intelligent (brilliant), humble, caring and empathetic. We got lucky having this man to treat my daughter. He has literally saved her life.

My mom was suffering from stage 4 breast cancer and recently met with Dr. Szabo for second opinion. When we first visited Dr. Szabo in his office, I brought all the records including most recent CT scan result in CD, but he didn't seem to care about them and just told us that my mom is too weak to receive any treatment at this moment just by looking at my mom. My mom happened to be in the emergency a few days later. Dr. Szabo came to my mom and told my family that she doesn't have much time left and he kept insisting us to send her to hospice. He did not even explain how serious her condition was in detail and didn't even show us any of the test results. He just said that the cancer is all over her body. When we asked him how much time we have left, he said it would be one week or several weeks. I didn't see any sympathy from his expression. Our whole family was shocked and my mom was so depressed for what doctor told us. We declined sending her to hospice and asked for home health… instead, but he kept sending different doctors and PAs and gave us pressure to receive hospice services. Finally, we just took my mom home and went back to previous doctor. Dr. Zsabo could be a good doctor for patient who has hope to live, but may not be a good one for patient with less hope like my mom.

Dr. Szabo is a good man and doctor. He has a big heart and best in his field. I had 6 months to live after being diagnosed with bone marrow cancer at age 38, I am going strong in-remission and turning 46 this year.

Dr.Szabo is the best doctor I have ever been to. He is kind, compassionate and spends time explaining things to you. His treatment got me to remission in four months. I am very grateful to him.

Caring , competent, and through. I am a RN and knew his reputation. I feel secure in trusting him with my health.

De Szabo is one of the best doctors I have seen. He takes the time to answer your questions and wants to make sure you understand what is going. He is a very caring doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has had the scary cancer diagnosis
