Dr. Steven Rance Dyer

Dr dryer is an in and out doctor. he does not care to listen, and he does not care to talk to you about anything other than his thoughts. My wife went to see him about an inner ear issue. He had already decided what her problem was before even walking in the room, and did not care to listen to her questions or concerns. She spoke with his assistant and explained what she was experiencing, and I guess he felt like that was good enough. We had done a lot of research concerning her symptoms and there were a lot of inconsistencies with what he said versus what she was experiencing. He did not even consider what she was saying. after he instructed her to get some tests, she wanted to ask him some questions concerning his possible diagnosis. While she was talking he was very clearly trying to walk out the door even though she was not done talking and he had not answered all of her questions. He opened the door and left when she stopped talking only for a moment. She was not finished talking… to him but he was done listening. When we returned home we looked up the thing he thinks it is and it does not match her symptoms or sensitivities at all. None of the red flags match up with what she told him.

After two separate referrals to Dr. Dyer, two visits, and a CT scan, he was unable to give me a diagnosis, stating he had no idea what the problem was. After nearly 8 months of pain and suffering with sinus pain, inflammation, and headaches, I finally was referred to a new ENT, who immediately was able to diagnose my symptoms. He also reviewed the previous CT scan I had with Dyer, and was surprised to see that the CT scan results clearly defined the problems. New doctor got me in for surgery and I am now feeling relief, after a year of suffering
