The staff called to check whether I was still coming to my appointment, and I was so embarrassed when I realized I had completely forgotten about it. They were incredibly kind and understanding, offering to fit me in when I could arrive. I wasn't charged a late fee or asked to reschedule, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Gadol is a rare kind of physician. He takes the time to talk with his patients, listens carefully, and genuinely cares about their health and well-being. He is both professional and compassionate, making every visit a positive experience. His staff is equally kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Gadol and his team—they are truly exceptional!

Dr Gadol was recommended to me by our primary care physician who is also Dr Gadol's patient. That, in itself, was a good recommendation. I have had 2 procedures done by Dr Gadol, both done professionally and with genuine concern for my problems. He is very thorough, answers questions, listens and explains things well. As a retired RN I am probable more critical than most patients and I can honestly say that Dr Gadol is a "keeper"!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gadol for more than seven years. He has performed two colonoscopies and six endoscopies with no resulting pain or complications. During one endoscopy he identified a potentially life-threatening condition in my esophagus and coordinated specialized treatment which has resulted in a positive outcome. I would definitely recommend him without reservation.

I have been seeing Dr. Gadol for my Crohn’s Disease since 1996. There were times I had asked him to just do surgery to stop pain, but he was thinking of my future and didn’t want me to have a bag due to more removal of my intestines. Like always, he was right and here we are 29 years later and have not had to have any surgeries related to my Crohn’s. Absolutely wonderful doctor that is very meticulous in his diagnosis and treatment plans. I highly recommend Dr. Gadol for anyone with GI issues as he will find the problem and treatment as he loves what he does and puts in the hours to be the best. I’m so glad he is my Crohn’s doctor.
