Problem with Staff not with the Doctor

I'm a patient, who has been with this practice for decades, but must leave after a series of unfortunate events. Over the last 4 years in particular, I have had misdiagnosis left on my voicemail, I have had to pick up my own records in order to send to surgeons due to lack of response to requests, and most recently had an MRI denied by my insurance company because and I quote "due to incomplete documentation." Basically, the doctors may be fine, but the staff has taken control of the care, which is now substandard. I hate to leave my doctor, who is compassionate and caring, but he promises me care that isn't followed through and completed by his staff. When I have tried to hold the staff responsible, they have a million excuses and/or transfer me a numerous voicemails: very frustrating. What started as a wonderful practice, has grown so large, the right and left hand do not know what is going on leaving the patient to suffer.

He is the man. VERY personal able, spends proper time with you and I highly recommend. He saved my life 14 years ago!
