During my lst appt. with Dr. Hubert I was impressed ... so I asked if my husband could also see him. He sweetly agreed to also seeing my husband. We always go together; by my request we are seen separately. Dr. Hubert is an excellent diagnostician. He is also efficient, skillful, pleasant, and good-humored. Whatever staff problems there were a few years ago have been dealt with. The staff at the desk are pleasant and efficient. The 'room' assistant is also pleasant and efficient. Very rude.

Dr. Hubert is a good dermatologist but the office management has forced me to look for another doctor. I can't count the number of times I've waited 45-60 minutes to see him for a 5 minute appointment. Usually long waits in the waiting and/or exam room. I'm sure he deliberately has the staff book 2-3 patients for each time slot. The office staff's attitude has improved slightly in the past two years but are still fairly indifferent.

Overbooked, no focus on the patient (customer) waiting, but sales reps go right in.

The office staff is indifferent at best. I have had multiple instances of them not getting a Rx refill phoned into the pharmacy, not returning a pharmacy call or not mailing a script to me when requested. I find the wait time unacceptable--usually 30-45 minutes to see the doctor. They book lots of appointments in the same time slot.

I first came to Lawrenceville Dermatology after seeing a few other doctors in the area. What started as a simple skin rash turned into psoriasis by a previous doctor; everything she prescribed me did not seem to work though. I wanted a second opinion and my mom told me about Lawrenceville Derm. During my initial visit, the staff was very helpful and accomadating. I was treated by an older doctor, who might have retired since I don't see him around anymore. He knew as soon as he saw my skin it was not psoriasis, but pityriasis lynchanoid ( spelling and name may be flawed, but it sounds like that) . The doctor prescribed me a cream and after a couple weeks, poof! no more rash. Recently I have been going to LD for a cyst and see Dr. Hubert, he is very professional and knows what he is doing. The office is about 45 mins away from my home, not very convenient for some, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are precise with their diagnosis and I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Similar to the other rater, I adore Dr. Hubert. I went to another practice and was seen by a physician's assistant, who informed me that my forehead growth was fine. I did not trust him so I eventually got an appointment with Dr. Hubert (he is very busy!) and he biopsied my skin cancer right away, and reassured me everything would be alright. His lovely staff informed me of the results two weeks later and the week after that Dr. Hubert cut out the rest of the cancer. Today you cannot even find the scar on my forehead!!! I wish all my problems could be handled so professionally and pleasantly.

Dr. Hubert is the best dermatologist around. He and his staff were great.
