Dr. Steven Jay Bock, MD

My teen son is a patient of Dr. Bock. He helped to cure him of Lyme and other medical conditions. Dr. Bock is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind and really thinks outside of the box. His back office is extremely responsive which is so important when dealing with complex medical conditions.

Awful Dr., he’s a crook, ran up upwards of $3,000 of office visits and tests for my mother and refused to treat her for Lyme disease which is supposed to be his specialty. He’s unethical and should not have a license. His office staff is also extremely rude.

Finally feeling better after years of being sick I am thankful that I found Dr Bock through my friend.

I saw Dr. Bock for a while and was put on IV abx. My symptoms did improve, but never went away. I did get an Igenex test done and was positive for Igenex and CDC as well. I thought he was a pretty good Dr., although didn't feel like he cared as much as he should for the money I was paying out ($300) each visit which lasted maybe 10-20 minutes. Insurance does not pay for any of this. My insurance did pay for most tests that he ordered though, except for Igenex. ($1200 I believe is what I paid). I stopped going because of the expense. It was close to $1500 for my first visit, and then $300 each time after that, not to mention supplements which were expensive also. Each time I went, I would leave feel even worse because of the outrageous cost. When you are already dealing with such a terrible illness like Lyme, you don't need this. Please have more compassion for this and reduce your prices.

Dr Bock performed gastric bypass on me many years ago, even though many of the other doctors thought I was not a good candidate for the surgery. I weighed 350 lbs and really didn't have much longer to live. After the surgery I have lost close to 200 lbs and have kept it off...needless to say, I'm still alive. Dr Bock saved my life!

The guy is taking full economic advantage of lyme sufferers..

I saw many different types of doctors: including Lyme specialists and infectious disease doctors, went through many medical tests, a couple of hospital stays and was told by many doctors "its all in your head", "its anxiety" and "babesia doesn't exist in the US". It took going to see Dr. Bock to get an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment for Lyme and Babesia. He knows what he is doing.

Dr. Bock was on cutting edge of treating chronic lyme disease in the 90s when I was a patient. .I move to Georgia and my lyme got so bad (no LLMDs. Here in Georgia ) but had to move to a warm area ..
