Extremely Disappointed

My brother and I went to an appointment with Dr Hoff to see if the doctor could help my brother with his mitral valve leakage. He reviewed ultra sounds, TEE, and labs. Came in and asked questions. At the end of appointment he assured us he would help us or find someone to help us. That he wouldn’t just drop my brother because he was a risk for surgery like the surgeon in Inverness, Florida did after stringing my brother along for two months. He said he would call in two days. Never heard from him again. Sure got his $627 bill he sent Medicare. I wonder what happened to the Hippocratic oath?
