had good service with Pearlman Aesthetics when dealing with another doctor there. Since he left, I had Dr. Pearlman administer my restylane and I will NEVER GO BACK! He did an initial fill that was fine, but it wasn’t enough. On the second visit he overfilled my left eye. Upon my exit, I was offered free skincare.... I should have known he knew he messed up! I now have a wonky eye that will last 1-2 years. Every day I hate my face...

Every detail was attended to. The process treated you as an individual, it made room to address your rational and irrational anxieties. Subdued good taste and meticulousness in all matters, from the bureaucratic to the surgical, were rigorously executed.

not only did he completely destroy my nose but he is a complete nut job. He is rude, walks out the door while you're still talking to him. When you ask him a question he beats around it. Do not use him for a surgical procedure. He is out of his mind.

I have been going to Pearlman Aesthetic Surgery for about 4 years now. I've had Botox, fillers, lasers and other non or minimally invasive procedures there and while more expensive than other places (not performed by a doctor), it is 100% percent worth it if you want an honest, trustworthy, and highly skilled experience. Dr. Pearlman or Dr. Sina do NOT push anything on you and they are all about a natural and "I just woke up like this" look because they want you to look and feel your best. Dr. Pearlman is detail oriented, compassionate, and very skilled and the whole office is super sweet. I've had multiple treatments done with Christine Ross including Halo and Morpheus and she is really kind and is very attuned to patient needs and pain experience (she will make sure you are the most comfortable). I could not recommend this office more (and I am Asian with a high bar for what I deem to be appropriate for my ethnicity).

Run far away! You've been warned!!

this surgeon is terrible stay far away. He is also dismissive, rude, arrogant, and has SERIOUS anger issues. Wouldn't want someone not in their right mind operation on me but I made that mistake. Now I will need revision surgery to fix his ugly aesthetics.

Heather did Jevederm Voluma in my cheeks. I was so nervous to do it again after a bad experience, but when I met her she made me feel comfortable. I am so happy with the result and am extremely pleased with my experience with Heather. She is a lovely person. She is THE BEST!!! Definitely, I am looking forward to my next procedure with Heather to do the Juvederm Ultra XC in my lips. Heather did a great job and I would recommend her to anyone for facial fillers.

Our daughter had a nose correction procedure and the result drastically changed her self confidence and personal happiness with her appearance, we would highly recommend Dr Pearlman and his amazing staff.
