Steve is not trauma informed or a trauma therapist and ended up causing more harm for me than help.

I have been going to Dr. Johnston for a few months and feel much more confident in myself than I have in the past. He helped me figure out the core of my underlying issues and offered suggestions for me to try at home. Each week, I have made progress and have become less anxious overall in life. I am finally beginning to truly love myself as a person, which I never have before. I wish I started the sessions sooner.
