Dr. Jacobs saved my life! My MRI report was under read by the radiologist and I couldn't understand why I was in so much pain. I came to Dr. Jacobs for a second opinion and I'm so glad I did! He saw multiple herniated discs on my MRI CD and recommended surgery. I'm now 6 month's post op and I'm finally able to live life pain free!

I’ve been a patient for 6yrs and he led me to believe i could trust him. I referred friends to him all the time. 2yrs from today I still have problems. He operated on me and I still don’t know what he did. He just kept telling me I would get better but I just got worse. I tried to get documents on the surgery C7 T1 and the staff told me there’s no paperwork time after time until they told me I wasn’t allowed in his office anymore. Dr Jacobs did surgery on my back, stimulator implant and surgery on my neck. After every surgery he kept telling me I’ll get better. I’m still in pain and now a second opinion tells me that the surgery on my neck has to be done again. He did not do the surgery correctly. Be very aware as there is so much more to tell. He destroyed my life. I don’t know if I’ll ever get better. Get a 2nd opinion! He’s not the great surgeon he may appear to be.

Had an appointment with Dr Jacobs even made confirmed that it was with Dr Jacobs and when I got to my appointment another Dr saw me.

It is a long story, but he spends little time with patients actually explaining what will be done. After surgery he praises how well everything went, when in fact you are no better than when you came in.

I had cervical fusion done in 2014 and I'm sorry I ever did. My neck swelled up like a balloon and I couldn't get an appointment to see the Dr. 2 weeks later when I finally saw the Dr and he asked what I did ??? What I did ??? Seriously?? My stitches were coming out of my skin. Needless to say I saw him twice more and he said there's nothing more I can do. Really I'm in so much pain, after going to a real Dr they found the mistakes made. The nerves that were still being pinched in my neck, I now have thyroid issues which I've never had before my cervical fusion. So now I have to have more surgery to fix his mess

Needed surgical 2nd opinion. After redundant questions by an unimaginative assistant, Jacobs sauntered in clearly annoyed. Now, I'd stated weeks ago that this was a 2nd opinion. When I repeated so to him, his demeanor transformed. My wife and I were amazed -he just wanted to end the session. "Sure do it, tell Dr. xxx I said hello". Then he stood and walked out, followed by assistant, nary a word. No big bucks from this patient? "Take a hike pal." --At least thats how it felt to us. I do not make this critique lightly, but his dismissive and abrupt mannerisms should not be ignored.

This is the 3rd neurosurgeon I have seen. He is the only one I trust. He is honest and patient.

Dr. Jacobs operated on my back and after years of horrible pain I am finally healthy again. He has a great sense of humor and followed up with me after my operation. The office staff was very friendly as well.

Love the new office. I was a new patient in 2010. Although I was in pain I never went back. The staff was horrible and unprofessional. My husband loved the free show. The office was dirty and musty. My friend convinced me to go back. What an improvement. Nice clean office and friendly atmosphere. The staff was well dressed and pleasant. Dr. Jacobs was kind and informative.
