Dr. Steven Woong Kim, MD

I recently visited Dr Steven Kim. The doctor seemed professional but looked tired. I was called in after a long wait of 1 1/2 hour after my set appointment which was really something I did not expect. I will think twice if I do need to visit him again. The summary I received was nothing but a list of medications I am taking as well as old meds that I am not taking. His staff did not bother to take my vitals, nor inquired what are my current meds. They just took me in from the lobby to the doctor's office. Bad experience.

this review is exclusively about the scheduler's bizarre practice of making an appointment for a patient without consulting with them first (or after, for that matter). i was reminded by an automated message of an appointment i never made and which did not even show on my patient portal. patients have lives, schedules, and engagements which should be honored. thank you for your co-operation.
