Very thorough exams. You won't leave thinking, "He didn't check this, or order imaging for that." 4. Calls within minutes of an MRI with results. 5. Calls on weekends, evenings, is available for his patients. 6. Short wait time compared to most doctors. 7. Friendly and efficient staff. 8. Free parking. 9. Prescribes effective and appropriate meds and therapies. 10. Huge referral network.

24 years ago Dr Meixler cared for me in the CCU at White Plains Hospital. I was two or three weeks shy of my 21st birthday, suffering from pulmonary failure. I was intubated while fully conscious and stayed on life support for 7 days. Dr Meixer’s care (and that of every nurse and staff member down to the janitor who brought be bridal magazines) saved my life. His wry sense of humor and expressive stories, delivered even when I was minimal responsive but still listening, kept me engaged with life. I will never forget his compassion for me and my family, his professionalism and critical expertise which enabled me to grow up and have a family of my own. I appreciated his frank and direct manner, as well as his sense of humor.

Condescending and very nasty, not just on one occasion, but multiple. During each of the last few interactions I had with him, I had to purposely try not to show my shock by the level of his rudeness and passive aggressiveness. He seems perpetually annoyed for no good reason. All in all, very upsetting experiences with him.

If this is your doctor, you and your loved ones are blessed. Dr. Meixler is a healer, a counselor, and a caring human who goes out of his way for his patients and their families. I believe his bottom line is his patients and not money or prestige, though he has awards and several board certifications. This doctor has done so much for us and I am truly thankful.

wonderful doctor, the only thing that I found wrong was that the center he is involved with has no heart for people who fall on hard times, I was a patient of Dr. Meixler he was a wonderful doctor , but I was unable to pay out pocket so they would not allow me to see him. You know its sad when money become more important then the patient

Dr. Meixler has been my doctor since 1992 and my experience and his expertise of caring for me with chronic asthma has been great. The preventive care he provided has been helpful and today I do not suffer with asthma. Dr Meixler has always been attentive to my needs and has treated my whole family since I have been under his care. He is a doctor I count on without a doubt!!! My family values his advice and we trust his direction.
