He destroyed my hand and wrist in a carpal tunnel surgery. I am now handicapped and disabled because he never listened to me and always double & triple booked patients. I have nowhere another surgery because of his actions but unfortunately can't reverse the damage he did because of scar tissue. I can only ramy hand 30 degrees which does not allow me to do normal living activities ??. Save yourself the trouble and find another surgeon. !!!!!

Worst doctor's visit I have ever had. I witnessed Dr. Novotny being abusive to staff for his mistakes. He should not be allowed to practice medicine.

He talks at you and not to you if you understand that feeling with a Dr. Spent so much time explaining to student and much less time with me as a patient. That should come after a patient leaves. Some is acceptable but not more than interaction with patient. Not the best at empathy, listening or explaining his diagnosis. Doesn’t seem to value patients voice or concerns.

I have never had such a thorough care he has done carpal tunnel release and pronator release on both my hands and arms .. he has giving me my hands back I have never been so satisfied ever ...if you Are a musician please go and have it fixed I’m playing at the speed I did in my 20s ... thank you ??

Dr. Novotny has been wonderful. Very anxious about surgery but he made me feel comfortable. So glad I was referred to him!
