In the past, I have had 4 sinus surgeries all with the effort to relieve my problems with infections. I have been on countless antibiotics as well. I was also an asthma sufferer. Dr. Kountakis has helped me get both my sinus infections and asthma under control.

The visit with the doctor was fine however, the facility that he works for got my bill incorrect. I have called the billing office five times to get the bill resolved and pay what I owe... No return call. I have written the billing office to get the bill resolved and pay what I owe... No response. Now my bill was sent to a collection agency who cannot help get me answers either. I will not visit this facility again. A shake for someone who actually WANTS to pay their bill.

I travelled for 4 hours to see Dr. Kountakis. I was checked in quickly when I arrived at the office. The doctor was very friendly and spent lots of time with me. I was satisfied with the treatment I received and the doctor explained everything in detail. I now feel much better and my sinus problems are almost gone.

I was given a quick appointment when I called. I did not have to wait long at the office and the nurses were friendly. Dr. Kountakis was personable and cared about my problem. My condition was explained to me in detail. I am very happy with the doctor.

My experience at Dr. Kountakis' office was great. Everyone was friendly and explained the procedures before doing them. I knew exactly what to expect! Dr. Kountakis himself was very personable and helpful. I would definitely refer him to friends and family for ENT. :-)
