Dr. Stuart Samuel Burstein, MD

The man is a very well educated professional liar. He is exactly what other patients say he is… Hired to discredit your injuries and make it sound as if you are lying about them. He is truly a cretin!

At first I thought he was very kind. I was honest with him and he flipped my words to turn my claim into my job. He is hired to discredit you. I read my report from him (which was 5 pages long) and quickly saw that he misquoted me, added quotes that never were said, and added incorrect information. Said I was above average intelligence and made it look like I couldn't be mentally ill due to that fact. I was there for 2 hours , of which we spoke about my job for 15mins. Somehow almost the whole report looked like all we did was speak of my job. He did a lot of insinuating and was insulting to say the least.

This is who insurance companies send you to when you have a psychiatric claim as a result of an accident or event. The insurance company wants him to write an opinion in their favor so they do not have to pay your claim. He has been doing this for years. He usually gives you a cold drink half way through his two hour interview. I believe the local referees and judges usually rule his opinion to not be credible. If you get a letter sending you to see him. Expect to be the only one in the waiting room.

He is a turn down doctor for Workers Compensation. He does not have a clue about updated psychiatric conditions since he graduated from medical school so long ago and has not practiced medicine.
