Dr. Subalaxmi Valli Vinayakom, MD

Dr. Suba Vinayakom had been my doctor for well over 27 years. She delivered all three of my sons. Her bedside manner, competency and overall professionalism was beyond compare. I've since retired and moved to Florida. I can't find a dr like her! She always returned my calls and showed genuine compassion.

I Love Her I'm trying to find her I'm pregnant again! I want her to deliverer my child!!!!

I went there as a new patient with and after my experience, I never there again and wouldn't suggest her to anyone. I had a serious issue when I went there but I had to wait a LONG time before I got to see the doctor. First of all, the old lady at the reception asked me about my LMP LOUD AND CLEAR in front of the patients waiting there. I refused and she got upset. I wish I had left then but decided otherwise. While I was waiting I could hear each and every question that the nurse asked the patient in the other room. There were men waiting in the waiting room too with their wives/girl friends. The nurse was not just very loud but also very rude to the old lady sitting at the reception and one of the patient there who requested her allow her to pay half of the balance she owes then and remaining later. Magi told that patient that either pay all or she will send the bill to collection. Finally Magi, the nurse, called me in to take my history and left me sitting there for another 10… min. She didn't even apologize when she came back. I requested her to close the door to take history and she laughed at me as I was a clown! Anyways,she took my history and asked me to wait outside again. I had to wait a bit before I was left in an exam room(naked in cold) for another 20 min before the doctor finally showed up. While she was going over my history(again) the nurse knocked on the door and told her that there was a call from some hospital. She quickly examined me and left saying that once she gets the results she will. Magi told me that it would take 2-3 days to get the result and I asked her what should I go until then. She rudely said that I should wait for the results. I was so angry when I left the office. Anyways, when I didn't get any call I walked into the office myself to get it. There was some young woman sitting there who called Magi from her room. Magi came, found my results in some lost papers after 15 min and told me I had an infection. She called the doctor and asked her what to prescribe. She gave her a name and I took my prescription. Let me tell you, my condition was worst by then. Anyways, I took the medicine for 5 days but when it didn't help I called again. My bad luck, Miss Magi answered!! So I humbly told her my situation and requested for a new prescription. She rudely told me that I should take it for at least 10 days before I call and complain.That was it!! I never called back but ended up going to ER!! Please DO NOT go that doctor!! Her staff and herself are terrible.

She is highly unprofessional. She endangered my life and the life of my child. Her licence should be revoked ASAP. She is terrible just terrible.

She is terrible. She endangered my life and my child,s and i had to go through a lot of pain because of her.I do not know why i didn't sue her.her nurse has a very unprofessional attitude .I do not recommend her at all. She should be out of practise and her liscence revoked.

I've been goint to Dr. Vinayakom for about 20 years. She delivered all 4 of my children. She is kind and caring. She always remembers me and takes time for me.

Went to this doctor for the first time because I suspected I was pregnant (for the first time). Never had an OB/GYN appointment before. She took a blood test to confirm pregnancy and also gave me a Pap smear and God knows what she did. Few days later I miscarried. I told her when I went into the appointment that I suspect I am pregnant but I have slight spotting. She didn't care and told me thats normal (not true, that can be an initial sign of miscarriage) and it only got worse after she did a Pap smear. When I was in the emergency room for miscarriage, she gave some instructions to the hospital staff to finish up the procedure. The hospital staff told me she will call me to follow up on my condition the next day. Never heard back from her. I tried calling once and could not get in touch with her. Never bothered visiting her after such a horrible experience

I didnot have periods for 1 1/2 yrs(while in her care)& she always said there's nothing to be done, other than wait for it,Provera was given to have periods after insisting for it for 4 months & when I told her about other docs who recommended ultrasound to find the cause, she ignored it. Finally fed up,went to another OB/GYN,she asked abt the symptoms(bloating/facial hair, wtgain) which were classic of PCOS,found it the first time & luckily after one yr of medicines,got back to normal life.
