My son, suffering from depression, was sent here by his pediatrician. It was a rule out appointment. During the initial EEG appointment I was not allowed to go into the room with my 6 year old child who was afraid. Nurse or medical assistant was very rude to me when I tried to sooth my child. She interrupted me and said "We're going to go over all that!" Upon our follow up appointment with Dr. Shah he confirmed that there were no physical issues, but told me I need to fix whatever was going on at home that was causing him to be depressed. Very unprofessional and not sound medical advice. Depression is not someone's fault and in this case it was a side effect of a medication he had been taking. Besides all that, the billing department claimed that I did not give them complete insurance information during the very first appointment. However, they neglected to contact me about this issue until 13 months had passed. When they submitted the claim again it was denied due to the claim not… being processed in a timely manner. Now I have a bill for $775. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Most arrogant person I have ever met. Very rude.

We were able to get an appointment for our daughter quickly with Dr. Shaw after being told we would have to wait months for other doctors. His immediate concern and request for an MRI is how we discovered she had a brain tumor. We are very satisfied with her care through Dr. Shaw's office.

My kid didnt mind not seeing the dr ever cuz he is rude. My grandson born with a rare disorder and Dr accused her of being on drugs. Baby was to have follow up mri at a year but Dr said why bother what's the point. My grandson has seizures inspite of needs and Dr doesn't even try.....Hes going to start a new neurologist this month!!

I am going to look for another Pediatric Neurologist. I really like Dr. Shah and his PA! I am concerned that they are just drugging up my son and not looking for other options. We have been going to him for 6 months and all the information I have learned about my son's condition has been through the internet. The office does not return calls in a timely manner when I have concerns or questions regarding my son's condition.

Never see Dr. Shah, mostly his PA, when we have a problem we talk to a nurse. When we saw Dr. Shah at Wesley, he would come in at midnight. When he released us, it was in the afternoon he very short and rude when we tried to get answers, the patient had been air lifted to Wesley and the next day he was releasing him, and not telling us what to do, did not even get a print out with instructions!!!
