Dr. Kamisetty received his M.B.B.S degree from Bangalore University, India. As part of his training before completion of his medical program, he rotated in various departments like OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Surgery, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine and Rural Medicine. He later completed his primary care Pediatric Residency from Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, a New York Medical College consortium. During his residency he was the recipient of "Intern of the Year award". He also trained at Westchester County Medical Center, Valhalla, NY; New Rochelle Medical Center, New Rochelle, NY and NYACK, NY during his residency.

He is board certified in Pediatrics since 1996 and has been practicing in Brandon, FL since 1999. Dr. K is affiliated to Brandon Regional Hospital and does take care of newborns at the hospital, and he is the only community pediatrician who admits and provides inpatient care to sick children from his clinic or through ER at the hospital.

Dr. Kamisetty lives in Valrico …and his two children attend local IB high school. In his spare time he enjoys travelling with his family. His hobbies include reading, yoga, personal fitness.

Over booking appointments,therefore one has to wait around 1.5 hrs for the turn even if appointment is taken.

Experienced when I visited with my 2 year old kid. Born poor but once you see money... self respect will be lost...tomorrow you will lost everything, try to learn some respect.

He is just surviving with basic skills and sarcastic tone. His wife ruins the office much. This old lady thinks she is beauty, talks extremely rude. They ruin the family business culture with bad attitude.

My daughter was born 2 months early , so finding the best doctor was my goal. He does not disappoint . I am impressed every time I see him and unfortunately this is quiet frequent since she was very sick . He is truly this best. He takes the time to listen , does his OWN physical exam and knows the patient. This is rare these days . His bedside manner should be the mold for all new MDs.

Negative experience. Dr. K. does not advocate for young female patient's concerns. His wife runs the office and is rude. The office personal ar sweet but hands are tied even for medical records request placed with proper signatures. I would choose 0 stars if I could.

We found Dr. K when my middles daughter was six months old, she is now 13 years old. He is so awesome. Yes, there are times you may have to wait long, but I'd rather wait to see him then at an emergency room. Dr. K will get to the bottom of whatever is going on. He is always very personable and friendly. We love Dr. K!

I HAVE BEEN SEEING THIS DR FOR MY GIRLS FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND I CAN SAY HANDS DOWN HES AMAZING AND EVEN BRH STATED THAT HES ONE OF THE BEST DRS IN THE AREA AND HE ORDERS ALL TYPES OF PROCEDURES TO MAKE SURE HE COVERS ALL THE STEPS NEEDED FOR YOUR CHILDS WELL BEING...BUT WHEN IT COMES TO CERTAIN STAFF IN THE OFFICE ..THEY DOUBLE BOOK APPOINTMENTS AND THEY DONT SPLIT THE SICK AWAY FROM THE HEALTHY KIDS AND NEWBORN BABIES..I FEEL AS THE OFFICE IS WAY TOO SMALL FOR SO MANY PEOPLE TO BE SCHEDULED ALL AROUND THE SAME TIME..AT TIMES I JUST WANT TO SWITCH DRS BECAUSE OF THE LONG WAITS BUT THEN AGAIN ITS HARD BECAUSE I LOVE HOW GOOD THE DR IS...OF COURSE UNTIL THEY PUSH ME HARD ENOUGH AND I JUST GO AHEAD AND SWITCH AND JUST PRAY THAT I FIND A GOOD DR AND BETTER STAFF WITH SCHEDULING AND A BIGGER OFFICE..I GUESS WE WILL SEE
