Dr. Sudha Bansal, MD

I had been seeing dr. Bansal for a couple of years. I do not consider her a real doctor. Do NOT go to her. She lies about the tests she runs and won’t give the medical records or any test results to me even after being contacted by Medicaid. Terrible experience every step.

I would love to see where this lady actually got her medical degree from. How she is able to practice as a doctor is seriously alarming. Ive read all of the horrible reviews and thought stupidly "she can't be that bad" and I was in a situation where I needed a PCP and she was the only "doctor" in the area taking new patients. It is literally like talking to a wall with this woman she doesn't care a bit about what you have to say and her lack of knowledge when it comes to mental health is not only astonishing but DANGEROUS. You absolutely get the impression that she only cares about your copay and could care less about her patients. I am almost certain that any "good" review for this office is made by Dr. Bansal herself or someone from her office. I feel terrible for the medicaid recipients that have no other choice but to see this woman. Everyone else - stay far far away!

Dr. Bansal does not take her job seriously and needs to be investigated for malpractice. She will sit and talk to you for five minutes or less, check nothing, and write you 5 prescriptions. It shouldn't be surprising that none of them work because she never discovered the real problem. They keep pathetic records, will not tell you the results of tests you paid for because they said you needed them and are incompetant at best. Dr. Bansal can barely walk and struggles to speak english. I would recommend this walk in clinic to no one.

Very long wait time in office. Seems she doesn't play by the same rules as other doctors. Very money oriented. Hard to understand with accent.

I have never in my life been to such an awful establishment. I recommend for any human being that plans to go to this practice to rethink if you plan on getting professional medical service! This so called M.D. doesn't know I thing about service! I have went there on many occasions and each time the service was the same. Dr. Bansal not only pays no attention to your medical needs but actually has the nerve to charge your for her misdiagnosis! The rooms are dirty with stain carpet floors and dirty walls, and the nurses and reception area are rude and complete morons who write the wrong names on your prescription! If you have an hour and a half or two hours to waste of your time to go to a dirty office, get treated like your health means absolutely nothing, and want tupids be charged, by all means this is the place to go. If I would have been able to give zero stars as a choice I would selected that but to submit this review I had to select at least one.

I don't know who wrote those reviews but those are bull. A 13 minute wait time??? Are you kidding me? I waited for over an hour while she made a personal phone call while her patients waited. She's very unprofessional and very unorganized. She might have been a good doctor YEARS AGO but she isn't anymore.

I was sick and visited Dr Bansal's clinic. I was promptly attended by the Dr. and she gave me her full attention and proper treatment. My overall experience during the visit was excellent.It is very nice to have a well organized clinic in our small town and be able to go into Walk-in clinic and taken care by a professional doctor. She is doing a great work in our community.
