I found the Doctor to be terse and dismissive.

Wonderful person and physician. Took the time to talk to me, explained various medications, and how I could better help myself without preaching. Just a great person!

Dr. Ganne is one of the best Dr's I have ever had. She is kind, compassionate and takes the time to explain everything. Her staff is great and she refers to an amazing diabetes educator who helps to further explain the self management of diabetes. I highly recommend Dr. Ganne for the management of Diabetes and any other endocrin disorders.

will never go back to this office again. The doctor's bedside manner was cold and seemed that she was annoyed to be listening to me as a first time patient. the front office staff lacks any type of friendliness or customer service skills. the woman who always answers the phone is less than pleasant. The only one who was wonderful was the nurse who asked the questions prior to the doctor. The doctor could have cared less about any of my concerns. Will never use her again. Wasted my time and apparently hers by her expressions and body language.

had a biopsy, they got the results the day after the bioposy and never called. I had to folow up with the diagnostic lab to confirm the results were in. Do not use this doctor!!!

I had an appt with Dr. Ganne in the spring of 2011. I looked forward to this appt for 12 weeks in the hopes of getting treatment for my hypothyroid. I would not recommend her as a physician. She completely dismissed my symptoms and felt they could be attributed to various other problems. She suggested I see a neurologist and told me I had back acne. She also suggested I come back with new blood work in six months and that if my TSH was worse than she would probably treat me. My ultrasound results, detailing my goiter with nodules all over was dismissed as an enlarged thyroid.I would however recommend the student that I met with prior to her arrival. He seemed professional and he appeared to be horrified by how she treated me.

Excellent doctor, kind , caring, sympathetic and great sense of humor! Feel sooo safe in her care!Great office staff! could not ask for anything more!!! love her!!

After giving me the "first" appointment at 8:00 am, I finally left the office without being seen at 9:45. The doctor hadn't even come into the office yet, and according to her staff, she was doing her usual morning rounds in the hospital. Why make an appointment at 8:00 am then? I had seen her once previous to this visit and I found her to be cold to the point of rudeness, and felt she hurried me out of the office. She left most to her nursing staff which is a good thing because they are wonderful -- very warm, caring and patient with questions, etc. I will never go back to this doctor.

Her office staff is A++. Kelly I love you! This doctor and her staff squeezed me in as a new patient when no other endo would consider seeing me any sooner than SIX months down the road! This is after explaining to these other offices that I had thyroid cancer and was about to go under surgery to remove it and desperately needed to talk to an endo before going under the knife. Dr. Ganne is kind, thorough and patient. I only get to see her once a year now ... bittersweet.
