I am a new patient to Dr. Garla and I had a great experience at her office. I haven’t been to a PCP in about 10 years so I was a bit nervous but Dr. Garla and her staff were very thorough and put me at ease. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a primary care doctor in Monmouth County.

She is independent which means no larger affiliation to make sure the wait times are good and that patients are happy. There are no other doctors so when she is away everything stops. I spent most of my time going to urgent care so I decided to get a new primary- now I never wait longer than 15 minutes to SEE the doctor- saving hours of my life. There is always a doctor available and my prescriptions are re-fillef almost instantly. Plus I can send electronic messages to my doctor getting a response in 24-48 hours.

Dr Garla is a good doctor. Unfortunately, she is no longer affiliated with any hospitals, has no back up for emergency or while she is on vacation,therefore no rx can be renewed and your only option is an ER or walk in.Her staff is lovely but can not make any decisions of any nature without her approval. It is not always easy to get a timely return call. I had to leave what I had hoped to be an amazing experience.
