went to him with pain in my upper right side, burping of bile, he never sent me for any tests, barely pushed on my sore area, sent me home with meds that failed to help, sick still i went to the local hospital er in orange county ny, er orders a gall balder ultrasound and x ray, i was full of gall stones, next day it's out and i'm back to normal .

Dr. Agarwal is the best doctor. He is kind, has the best bed side manner, and is extremely smart and he doesn't forget a thing. He remembered my moms issues to the T even years after she passed away without her charts being in front of him. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of Gastroenterology. Hes the best.

My appt was 1pm and I arrived at 12:45 with paperwork that I had pre-printed from their website. The doctor called at 1:04pm that he was "stuck in traffic" and wouldn't be there until 1:30. I decided to leave because first impressions mean everything. The doctor's time isn't more important than mine.

The wait time is a little long at times but def worth the wait. Great dr and would recommend

Thorough as all get out. Best beside manner when it really meant a lot to my mother while in the hospital.

He is very thorough knows his patients and is compassionate and caring and you do not feel like "just a number" when you do get to see him even though there may be a little wait at times. He listens to your questions and gives you an honest answer , and if need be, makes referrals . I would recommend him to anyone .
