I apologize for any issues that may have occurred between the India and US teams. However, it is important for me to address the issue of disrespect from the doctor in front of employees and patients. Such behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable at all levels. The doctor has repeatedly criticized my performance, which I find discouraging. I was also instructed not to communicate with others. Additionally, I have disclosed that I have autoimmune issues, which the doctor was aware of before I was hired. As per the guidelines outlined in the ADA, I provided this information beforehand and have consistently fulfilled my responsibilities. The doctor has been informed that all employees continually report on my supposed poor performance. This situation has greatly impacted my well-being, both mentally and physically, and has resulted in an unstable work environment.

Our much loved 91 year old mother is patient with AFib. Dr. Balulad is heartfelt and gives her patients 100 percent. My mother is not just a number with her - she has earned our full trust by going the extra mile. We will be forever grateful!

I walked out of my appt at 530pm without seeing Dr Baludah that I was Scheduled for 345 pm. When a DR makes it a habit to see patients late at each visit this is a chronic problem and they are disrespectful of ur time as well as their problem with time management.
