Dr Sukanya Burugu's clinic at 11615 Angus Rd #108, Austin, TX 78759 is the worst ever place i visited last year and i would never recommend anyone to visit her. They don't have time ethics and value of patient and the clinic was not neat. There was dirt on chairs and inside patients room too. Dr Burugu made me wait over 45 minutes from my appointment time. I got frustrated and asked the staff and they sent me in and a nurse took my Blood pressure etc. Then again the Dr Burugu didn't come in to look at me even after 20 minutes. In all i was made wait more than an hour from my appt time. I went to their clinic 30 minutes early from appt time and had to wait again another hour. I got frustrated and left the clinic. They didn't care to apologize when i said i couldn't wait any longer. They didn't do any test and they submitted bills to my insurance. I had to dispute the charges calling my Insurance. Very unethical Doctor and staff.
