Dr. Sukesh Kumar Kansal, MD

Absolutely the worst eye doctor, or any doctor for that matter, that I have ever gone to see. Absolutely horrible. Explanations or responses to his bad reviews are lies. The wait times are truly hours long. He and his staff are all rude. There ARE multiple waiting rooms, and you ARE moved from one to yet another. And their worst comeback is that the reviewer is lying, and that you have never been seen there because you aren't in the database. Well, I have been there, regardless of you denying that fact, and it was one of the top ten worst experiences of my life. Should be 0 stars.

Dr. Kansal seems to be a very professional, and qualified Dr. But he needs in my opinion to supervise his office staff. Requests for insurance approval should be processed in a timely fashion and not allowed to stack up, just to be claimed as "denied "by insurance because the approval process is inconvenient. Hearing from his staff that I was sold fraudulent insurance that works just fine at other medical offices just shows a lack of concern for their patients!

Dr. Kansal is an excellent physician. He is professional, efficient and caring. Dr. Kansal has my respect and I highly recommend him.

I had nothing but the best of experiences with Dr. Kansal. He is a highly qualified doctor and surgeon. His office staff are highly knowledgeable and very kind. If you want a great experience concerning your eye health, this is the place you want.

Dr Kansal was great with me. I see him for regular eye exams, but also some cosmetic appointments, specifically for hair removal. It took a couple of treatments, but it worked great. I will hopefully be going back for botox soon.

I thought he and his staff gave very friendly and personalized care. i am very happy with the results that i got.
