Dr. Sundeep Dev, MD

This place is motivated by greed. Rude staff, providers force patients to wait 3 hours for a 3 minute visit.

Several years ago I saw Dr. Dev Sundeep at his St. Cloud Office. I had a floater in my right eye centered of my retina. I went down to Phillips Eye Clinic in Minneapolis to have it removed. He assured me that he had done thousands of these. I wound be being blind in that eye. He claimed my retina collapsed during surgery and that he never had that happen before. He said he was going to do a "white paper" on it. He never even tried to explain why this happened. I would never let this guy touch anyone.

Dr. Dev is the best eye specialist I have ever seen. My sight due to diabetes was on its way down. He has returned my sight to me. I have absolute trust in Dr. Dev. Five stars all the way!

I am on my third surgery with Dr. Dev and I am very grateful to the eye clinic in Grand Forks for referring me to him! He is friendly and explains things very well! I would wait forever if I had to ,as long as Dr.Dev does my surgery! The staff has also been wonderful! Was great to meet them all!! I pray that the Lord will continue to bless him and his practice and his wonderful staff!! Thank you ,Dr. Sundeep Dev!!

My mom went to him for macular degeneration shots. He came highly recommended from another eye guy that we trust so I don't doubt his doctoring skills. There are 2 problems. He way overbooks patients and the wait time was often in excess of 3 hours until I figured out to schedule the first or second appointment of the day. I don't mind an occasional delay because of an emergency but we went there enough times that I realized it was simply too many patients in one day. The second problem is that staff don't always clean their hands before using multiple use bottles like eye drops or putting patches on. As a nurse its just something I won't tolerate. We switched to another Dr. in the clinic and have been very happy with her care.

He is an excellent skilled doctor. I don't doubt that. But the conditions in the Oakdale clinic are deplorable. I have been in their for as much as 3-4 hours before I see him. He is hugely overscheduled. He is in and out in seconds when he treats me. I have never had a chance to ask questions. It is impossible to get an appointment outside of your scheduled time, even if you have serious changes in your vision. You are told to wait for your appointment.

Dr Dev gives of his time to me as an individual. He answers all my questions in language I can understand. He has excellent chair side manner. I would not go to any other doctor.

I work in the medical field and am very sensitive to the repoire of the physician with the patient. Dr Dev has the best bedside manner I have encountered. He is patient and truly cares about my condition. Each visit takes an average of 2.5 hours because of the procedure that I have to have performed and it takes weeks to get in to see him. However, the wait is worth it. I would not see any other for my condition.

Removed 2mm piece of metal lodged behind my retina that was causing rapidly progressing detachment. Arrested detachment and healed properly.Will need cataract surgery in the near future as a result of trauma and surgery.

Dr Dev has been my doctor for almost 3 years and seems to really care about me personally. I read the other comment about him and wonder if it is the same doctor. Dr Dev has "fit me in" when I have had acute problems with my eyes, and showed genuine concern for me. He never seems in a hurry and spends enough time with me. I can see by the number of patients he sees, and hearing the comments in the waiting room, that he is well-liked.
