Dr. Sundip Kaur, MD

I have been going to this practice for many years, and when my Dr left the practice, I was reassigned to Dr. Kaur. It has been 2 years so I feel that I gave it plenty of time, but my conclusion is that I need to find another Dr. She has been condescending of my questions and and concerns and patronizing whenever I express that I have a good understanding of the medical topics we discuss. She also has a tendency to get defensive if I ask follow-up questions. Overall, she does not treat her patients with compassion or respect.

Very caring, knowledgable doctor. Moved here from New York and I am thrilled to have found someone Who gives me the time and patience I was looking for.

She rolled her eyes at me when I told her I have questions. I asked if I should be on a blood pressure medication. She prescribed a blood pressure medication but told me I wouldn’t need to be seen until my next scheduled appointment which was almost six months away. She should be monitoring me more frequently since she started me on blood pressure medicine! She should seriously consider returning to pharmacological where she would have less patient interaction with patients who have questions about THEIR HEALTH!

Though the doctor is nice and seems to be thorough, the office staff is horrible. Waited 2 hours since the computers were down. I have called the office 5 times over the past 3 weeks and they cannot get a very important prescription sent to the mail order pharmacy. Every time you call you get another girl. The one I just spoke with said there are no notes in the chart that I have been calling. Since I'm almost our of meds, I guess I have to waste my time and money and go to another doctor to get my prescription filled. I will not go back and would not recommend this practice to anyone.
