Dr. Sung Hoon Cho, MD

Over two weeks ago Dr. Cho removed a sore rear tooth. He was recommended by my regular dentist due to my medical condition. The extraction was completed without incident or pain except jaw pain. Dr. Cho used a rubber mouth opener and my jaw has been painful since then. I am unable to eat anything without pain except soup. I mentioned the jaw pain at a follow-up visit and the dr. Said it was to be expected. I have had other extractions with no problems. I expected better service especially from someone who specializes in jaw work. Based on my experience , I would not recommend dr Cho.

I had a molar extracted last week. It had very deep roots. I have to take a blood thinner because of a heart condition. Dr. Cho took the time to explain all of the risks that were possible. He did the extraction without any problems. There was no pain, and no excess bleeding. I had the stitches removed today, and Dr. Cho was very pleased with the results, as am I. I would confidently recommend him to anyone.

I needed to have some very deep roots extracted from a large molar. I was Referred to Dr. Cho. Since I need to take a blood thinner, Dr. Cho took a lot of time to explain the risks of the surgery. It wasn't nearly as traumatic as I expected. He was gentle, and an expert at what he does. There were two nurses assisting him, and I felt very secure. I will definitely use Dr. Cho again.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I went an had the worst experience in my life. Dr Cho is extremely arrogant an un professional. Slamming things around the room when I clearly was already scared of what was about to happen. He refused to listen to me when i said I had bad veins an poked holes in my hands 3 times, an also dropped alcohol all over me as he was preparing me for the surgery. Then yelled at me saying if I can't get this needle in this surgery isn't happening. I started to cry cause they already started giving me gas. I wanted to leave but couldn't move. Only one nurse was nice the other small blonde Nurse was just as rude & arrogant as the dr an threw gause on the examination table when then dr was in this tantrum. I made a different appointment with another dr to take my stitches out. I'll NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Dr. Cho extracted one tooth and it was PAINLESS. I am scheduled to return to him for more work in 6 months!

I went in for a consultation. He apparently was very tired that day and loudly proclaimed that from the hallway, as he was moving from patient to patient. Regardless of being tired or not, I found him to be rude and flippant. I will go elsewhere to have work done.

I saw a negative review and shocked by it. My experience was an excellent one. Dr. Cho and his assisting staff inside are the most gentle, caring and truly helpful and concerned staff you could ever ask for. The oral surgeon himself is a gem in this business. I've been to many and he was the most assuring, and caring you could ask for. Totally trusted him and I'm terrified of any surgeon , never mind oral surgeon. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr.Cho. Takes care of your concerns and needs before surgery, during and after! My only not to liking was the ATTITUDE of certain OFFICE personal at the Sparta Office go to other office, they are much nicer. Please don't include Dr. Cho personal that work closely with him in the back, once they call your name, that staff are all wonderful! The staff that work with Dr. Once you are called are EXCELLENT in both offices. But again don't like Sparta Office staff! That 2 of 5 is for SPARTA office!

Butchered my mouth and called me out about scars on my arms that were clearly from self harm.... Terrible experience I recommend pulling your teeth yourself before going to him

Dr. Cho made me feel comfortable and gave me confidence before, during and after my operation. He is a very dedicated and caring doctor.
