great doctor!

I am very disappointed with Dr Chiu Sung Kin. I never met a doctor with such rude attitude. My mom is 89 years old. We late for 15 minutes. The appointment was 2:15pm we arrived at 2:30pm. Mom could hardly walk. No parking in his clinic. I drop off my mom first and try to find a parking space. My mom finished her visitation with Dr Chiu without me being there. So I went up to Dr Chiu for some clarification about the given medication. Instead of giving explanation, this doctor became agitated, impatience, sarcastic and we ended up in a shouting match. This is ridiculously unnecessary for a qualified doctor handling his patient’s request.

Dr. Chiu was excellent. He took the time to explain my heart condition to me. Very smart and caring. Staff was also friendly, happy I found this doctor.

very professional staff. Dr. Chiu is knowledgeable with excellent bedside manner have to thank my friend for recommending him.

I did 24hrs EKG in May, never heard the result until Oct. The staff called asked for deductible payment with no EOB statement, no Invoice. In order to get the test result, I paid my deductible for $450, but they refused to write out the receipt because it is check payment.
