Dr. Sunil Arora, MD

I had an approved authorization that was valid for 6months. First visit was in Jan22, came in early to provide new patient packet and provide copy of ID/Insurance card. After 4 appts I never personally met Dr Sunil, staff selected who they wanted to see that day (patient came in as a no-show from two days ago but the nurse had the front desk check her in to be seen that time because it was her neighbor), all while I arrived early and took over 45mins for the front desk to "verify" my eligibility from Tricare. After 4 appointments and asking for my military to make a copy EACH visit, don't you think the staff would know how to properly do their job, and yet they can't. Referrals were never sent on time to get Dr's request done, staff unprofessional taking personal calls in front of patients, and I had never been seen personally by Dr. Sunil at any point of my appointments. I had to drive 2hrs away make my visits and if it wasn't for Tricare referring me here, I would not have come. I… will be using another facility.

CALLED 3X WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR OVER 10 MINUTES EACH TIME

Staff is friendly and kind. Walk-ins are convenient. According to my pharmacist, Dr. Arora's office does not respond to/return calls from pharmacists, so medication is often delayed. Referrals take several months for processing, or may never get processed--sometimes the office neglects to call in referrals. If you are seeking wellness and hope to remain alive, I strongly suggest seeking professional medical care elsewhere. Take a witness with you on all visits. Keep a medical journal of all visits. Acquire and maintain a file of all medical records. Should you die under Dr. Arora's care, make sure your family requests an autopsy and consults a medical negligence attorney.

Dr Arora helped diagnose me. I had been to several physicians before this doctor. I have a rare disease. This doctor has a scientific approach. He listens carefully.

I was recommended to Dr Arora by my primary Dr for a pulmonology consult. He is a very thorough and straight forward. He is a very caring physician who takes pride in taking care of his patients. Thank you Dr Arora

Horrible doctor i have no idea how he is still in practice. I could hear him yelling to one of his nurses that he is going to "crucify" her. I could not believe my ears and how he could mistreat his staff infront of all these patients at the check in desk. I waited for about 2.5 hours just to be seen with an appointment. His nurse practitioners were not friendly what so ever.
