Dr. Guo is very condescending and rude. When I told her that my vision did not improve with cataract surgery, she recommended laser treatment for scarring. I had that done and my vision still did not improve. She then stated that I must have glaucoma and seemed to blame me for her frustration. She didn’t answer my questions because she didn’t have the patience to listen to them. This is an opthalmologist with a good reputation, but her bedside manner is abysmal and it seems they her surgical skills must have deteriorated.

All I wanted was to get a new prescription for eye glasses. But All she would talk about was getting surgery for cataracts. I'm a senior , true but I did not want surgery. And she said I'll wait for your call. I did not call because I did not want surgery. but I receive a bill for over $250.00 which I did not have. I'm paying it now monthly with me social security and I still do not have a prescription to get new eye glasses. I will have to go some where else

Dr. Guo was great. She is very personable, smiles a lot and answered all my questions with confidence. I had 2 surgeries. Complex cataract and strabismus. Dr Guo did a great job and she personally called me up the next day to check on me. I highly recommend Dr. Guo

Dr.Guo was very rude and unprofessional 2appointments was made and both times I wasn't seen at all I will not recommend anyone to see this doctor such a horrific experience I encountered.

Dr. Guo was so rude and unprofessional I never in my entire life experienced such a disgrace, my son had 2 appointments both times set their for hours ...
