Dr. Suresh Kumar Malhotra, MD

He performed a colonoscopy and reported he took out 4 polyps, when in fact he placed all samples in one cassette. Not sure if he billed improperly or was just trying to alarm the patient. The actual path was one hyperplastic polyp. Not to be trusted

Dr. Malhotra and his team are an amazing group of people! He is a perfectionist and extremely professional, but most of all genuine and compassionate. I had a colonoscopy and I was a nervous wreck prior to the procedure. Once I arrived at the office, I wad immediately put at ease and felt great that I had the test. I was able to better understand my symptoms of IBS.

I have had two procedures at this office in the last year and both have been positive experiences. The entire staff was friendly and timely. I had a call a few days before the procedures to make sure I didn't have any questions. Dr. Malhotra took time to meet with me before and after the procedure. Even the anesthesiologist Dr. Steven Newman for both procedures was caring and clear with his treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Malhotra and his staff of professionals.

I have been seeing Dr. Malhotra for at least 18 years. He is very knowledgeable, skillful and thorough. He's a patient listener and clearly explains what he finds and what I need to know and do in order to recover. He has had to help me with some pretty unique and difficult issues. When I needed a new type of treatment that was just coming into use he referred me to one of the physicians who, at that time, had the most experience in applying it. Within a few years, I went back to relying on him for that procedure and found that his mastery seemed at least as good as that of the Med School professor he had referred me to. He provided me with photographs and explanations of findings. Another thing that impresses me is that the staff of is practice are skillful, efficient and pleasant. I sense that they enjoy their work and have good team spirit. I look forward to my appointments with them.

Dr Malhotra has been a role model for our family. He practices what he preaches. His teachings made such a difference for my health and my family as well. He always takes time to listen and deeply cares about his patients. Thank you!

Dr Malhotra is a wonderful doctor! He was able to diagnose issues that nobody else was able to understand. He is very caring and always takes his time. Everyone in the practice is very professional and nice. Would definitely recommend!!

Dr. Maholtra has terrible bedside manner if you are looking for a compassionate medical provider. Almost always see a PA, even after endoscopy revealed negative diagnosis. Basic questions about pathology report were unanswered, including being told one nonsensical portion was “probably a typo.” Location is very inconvenient, which is ok if provider is worth it. He is not.

I wish I could give this arrogant doctor a ZERO. His practice is extremely inefficient rude. Dr. Malholtra will not see his patients for their appointments. He'll always send a PA. We show up for the procedure at the hospital and he spent 2 minutes with us before walking off. Didn't explain anything. We spent hours at the hospital trying to get direction from him after he had left. Finally I got him on the phone and he tells me to find another doctor. He is hands down the worse doctors I've ever met. He needs his license revoked for malpractice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIM OR HIS OFFICE.

I have been Dr. Malhotra's patient for the last eight years and have always found both he and his staff to be some of the most pleasant and most efficient medical professionals I have dealt with. Dr. Malhotra himself has always answered any questions I have ever had and clearly explains both the objectives of all procedures as well as just what the finding may indicate. While there have been a couple of times that I would like to have waited a shorter time, I realize that Dr. Malhotra's specialization, gastroenterolgy, is in very high demand and that, due to his group being one of only a few in our area, slightly longer than normal wait times are occasionally unavoidable.
